Conditions of Entry (Please read carefully before entering event):
1. Entrants must have an Australian GA Handicap and be a member of an affiliated Club with Golf WA.
2. The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf and Local Rules of the Gosnells Golf Club
3. Juniors with a handicap of 12.4 (GA) or lower are eligible to enter
4. The Competition will be played under Stableford format and have separate winners for Men and Women.
5. All players must have 10 recorded GA handicapped rounds in their Golf Link in the last 12 months prior to event (Jan 2022 – January 2023) or their entry will be disqualified. (refunds will be provided).
6. Golf carts are reserved on first come first served basis and must be booked directly with pro shop.
7. Players have direct access to book their preferred tee time on Day 1 but Match Committee reserves the final right to alter the timesheet as required. The final draw will be emailed to all players prior to event.
8. All Competitors must report to the golf shop no less than 30 minutes before hit off time
9. Players may select tee off time periods (AM or PM) for the first round. The second round will be drawn based on a reverse draw of the first (Reverse time period).
10. Scoring via the MiScore App is preferred. All paper score cards must be scanned at the scanning station then handed to the pro shop at completion of round.
11. No refunds will be given after draw is presented.
12. The draw will be finalised by Match Committee (which may require changes from tee times booked on day 1) by Wednesday 9am 18 January 2023.
13. Post game food platters will be served for all players (in their groups of 3 or 4 on one table) after golf on second day only (Sunday 22 January 2023) .
14. Dress standards – players are required to comply with the dress code set by Gosnells Golf Club on the course and in the Clubhouse.
15. The Match Committee reserves the right to ballot players if necessary
16. Pace of Play conditions apply to this event
17. The Match Committee of the Gosnells Golf Club manages the competition and;
a. reserves the right to accept or refuse an entry and to restrict the number of entrants
b. shall decide the method to be employed in the event of a tie
c. no player is eligible for more than one trophy
d. reserves the right to adjust handicap limitations and vary conditions of play in any way found necessary
e. the Match Committee will have sole control and management of the event.
