Our 2025 Junior season will start on Sunday March 30th and run through to Sunday November 23rd. We have some key information following including:

Monthly Medal Dates
Our monthly medal dates will include 18 hole, 9 hole modified stroke, 9 hole Tiger Tee and 5 hole Tiger Tee events.

Junior Club Championships 2025
Junior Club Championships have returned to November this year as we had done previously. The event will be held across two weekends. With the return of this event to November, it will be our intention to have our closing season awards and presentations after the second round on November 23rd. This will be confirmed later in the year.
We suggest all juniors reserve these date in your calendars and season planning.
Order of Merit calculations for 2025
Order of Merit points work will work the same as 2024 and can be viewed on the tables below. We intent to be using the online Order of Merit boards this year, final details will be advised in time and links will be updated here.
For a regular round please see table 1 below. Please note no points will be awarded if the field size is 8 or below. Points will also be slightly reduced for a field size from 9-12 competitors.
Monthly Medal and Marquee rounds will attract a 30% increase to points for the event, please see table 2 below.
Club championships will have points awarded for the final scores (of the two rounds) based on Stableford points. In 2025 we will NOT award OOM points for each individual round. Please see table 2 below.
Monthly Medal Champion of Champions Competition
2025 we will continue our Monthly Medal winners end of season “Champion of Champions”. This will run in the final round of junior club championships. Whilst it will just be played as part of the normal stableford round any players who are not in the championship group for club championships can be grouped together for our Champion of Champions event.
The winner of this event will be our 2025 Monthly Medal Champion of Champions and receive a trophy with thanks to Paul Wee and his company .
Special Events for 2025
We are working on a number of special events for 2025. Currently we have the following, with additional events likely to be added:
- GGC V The Vines home an away teams competition (Dates TBC for this annual event)
- GGC V WAGC home and away inter club challenge (Matchplay plus possibly some other Stableford and other players – details to be confirmed) – 18th May (WAGC) and 25th May (GGC).
