Please read an update from Club Captain Glen Tueno regarding fixturing of Saturday competitions in March.
Members,
After reviewing the fixtures for March, we are making a slight change.
Saturday 1 March will be changed from Monthly Mug (stroke) to a Stableford competition. Blue and red tees.
Saturday 8 March – Sponsored Shotgun (Mark Halliday) will proceed as planned.
Saturday 15 March – AM will now be Monthly Mug (stroke), PM will be Allan Bradshaw Trophy in conjunction with Monthly Mug (Stroke). Black and red tees.
Saturday 22 and 23 March – Qualifying rounds of Club Championships – stroke. No change.
Life Member Allan Bradshaw has traditionally sponsored a stroke round on Saturday PM the week before Club Championships. We felt to maintain this tradition was important, but equally it was considered stroke on 1 March, 15 March and then again on 22 and 23 March was too much stroke.
