Golf WA have put out the call for submissions for Junior Pennants teams for 2025. For the last few years we have fielded 4 boys teams and two girls teams.
For 2025 there is only 4 weeks of fixtures (rather than the regular 5 weeks) so we do not know if that will have an impact on the number of teams allocated but we will do our best to get as many kids into a pennants team for 2025 as we can. We believe this is due to Sunday 26th of January being a public holiday. Dates for 2025 are 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd of February.
For anyone who has not played pennants before, it is a team match play event when we play against other clubs. Feel free to ask myself or any one of the other Junior Committee members or pro-shop staff if you have any queries about what pennants is.
I have created a form below for you to register your players. Please indicate weeks you are able to play or definitely unavailable. Availability is a very important issue as we must field a team each week. I will release an email with details about our pennant selection policy, training sessions and other details soon.
